What action would you most like to see the club take?
82 people voted in our first online poll. 59% of the respondents would like to see us improve coaching consistency throughout the club, 17% would like to see annual dues reduced and 19% would like to see us improve coaches training. Only 3% wanted more optional activities. Look for a new Director of Coaching program for the 2008 season we believe will help address both coaching consistency and training. THANKS to those who responded. Please provide your feedback on our new poll as soon as possible.
ACTION TAKEN: The club is making the Director of Coaching (DoC) position a more proactive one to ensure the coaches will have more interaction with the DoC and help establish more consistency between teams.
